Terms and Conditions

  I AM SISTACOMFORT – CLIENT SERVICE AGREEMENT  

Parties 

This agreement is between I AM SISTACOMFORT and the Client receiving services. 

Services 

Services may include hairstyling, beauty services, consultations, and related professional offerings. 

Consultation Requirement 

All services require a non-refundable consultation before booking. Consultation fees are applied to final service costs. 

Scheduling 

Services must be booked within 14 days of consultation. 

Appointments scheduled 15–30 days in advance require a 25% deposit. Appointments 31–60 days in advance require a 50% deposit. 

Rebooking 

Clients are allowed two re-bookings. After two re-bookings, a new 50% deposit is required. 

Tardiness 

A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 30 minutes late, a $50 late fee applies. After 30 minutes, the appointment is canceled. 

Travel 

Travel fees apply based on distance. 

Extended travel may require additional expenses paid by the client. 

Liability 

Client agrees that I AM SISTACOMFORT is not liable for allergic reactions, dissatisfaction due to miscommunication, or circumstances beyond professional control. 

 Agreement 

By booking services, the client agrees to all terms listed above.
